What we collect
We collect your email address, the answers you provide during your guided intake conversation, and the documents we generate from those answers.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to generate, store, and display your estate documents to you. We never use your intake data for advertising or analytics profiling.
Data storage
Your data is stored on SOC 2 compliant infrastructure (Supabase) with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to your account through row-level security.
Sharing
We never sell or share your personal data with third parties. The only third parties that touch your data are our infrastructure providers (Supabase for storage, our payment processor for billing, and our AI provider for document drafting).
Deletion
You may request full deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@voicewill.com. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.
