VoiceWill™ is a document preparation service. We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice. Information generated through the service is not a substitute for the advice of a licensed estate attorney.
No attorney-client relationship
Use of VoiceWill™ does not create an attorney-client relationship. For legal advice tailored to your situation, consult a licensed attorney in your state.
User responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing every generated document with a licensed attorney and for executing it correctly under the laws of your state — including required witness counts, notarization, and storage.
Subscription and cancellation
Paid plans bill on a recurring basis until canceled. You may cancel at any time from the Billing page; your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period and then moves to Free. Trial periods, if offered, convert to paid plans automatically unless canceled before the trial ends.
Limitation of liability
VoiceWill™ is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoiceWill™ and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or from any document generated through it.
