Encryption in transit

All connections between your browser and VoiceWill™ are encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. Your intake answers, documents, and account details are never transmitted in plain text.

Encryption at rest

Your data is stored on managed infrastructure (Supabase / Postgres and managed object storage) where data is encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption.

Document storage protection

Generated documents and intake data are protected by row-level security rules. Each row is tied to your account, and our database refuses any query that tries to read or write data belonging to another user.

User access control

Access to your account requires email and password authentication managed by our backend. Sessions are token-based and can be revoked by signing out. Where you have set up a trusted emergency contact, that access is limited to the role you configure.

Account & data deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@voicewill.com. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.

Audit & access logs

We maintain internal logs of administrative access and key account events so we can investigate suspected security issues. These logs are used only for security and operational purposes.

No sale of personal information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share your intake data with advertisers or data brokers. The only third parties that touch your data are the infrastructure providers required to run the service (hosting, payments, and the AI provider used to draft your documents).

Zero-knowledge encryption

Zero-knowledge encryption is not currently implemented. That means VoiceWill™ staff and our infrastructure providers technically have the ability to access stored data when required for support, security, or legal compliance. We are evaluating zero-knowledge options for a future release and will update this page if that changes.

Reporting a security issue

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please email support@voicewill.com with details so we can investigate.
